It is easy to create a Rental Ad on
CovinaRentals.com. After registering, you will first Add A Property, then
you will Activate An Ad for the property, then you will be asked to pay for the ad. Once your
credit card has been processed your ad will be active on the site for renters to see. You can
edit your Property and Ad information at any time so it does not have to be perfect the first time.
The process should take just 5 to 10 minutes if you already have your text description of the property prepared.
There is no additional charge to add photos to your ad. You can complete and activate your ad without photos
and then come back and add the photos once you have them.

Our system is easy to understand if you are clear on the difference between a Property Record and a Rental Ad.
You will first create a Property record on the Add A Property form. The Property record includes the address, number of bedrooms, neighborhood, amenities, text description
and photos. This Property record will be stored on our system for your future use. You can Add Properties to our system even before you advertise them with a Rental Ad.
In order for your Property to be viewed on our site by interested Renters, you will need to Activate a Rental Ad for the property.
The Rental Ad includes the rental rate, the rental term, the security deposit, and the date available. The Rental Ad will run for the time period you purchase.
You can add a Property Record, say for a vacation rental, then activate a Rental Ad to find a renter. Later when you want to rent the property again,
the Property Record is already in our system and you just need to activate a new Rental Ad.
